One thing I did notice about your icon though. I don't know how to use or even heard of Inkscape for that matter, but I use the Gimpster for all my pixel loving needs. I see (in the top left corner) that your icon lacks transparency. I can fix that for you if you want. Just shoot me the .png (or whatever) and I'll hook ya up bro. Looks great overall.
